I have written dispute letters to Transunion on many occasions disputing the following items XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the following violations : 15 U.S. Code 1681i ; 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 ( a ) ; 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ; 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( i ) ; 15 U.S. Code 6801 ; 15 U.S. Code 6802. I have physical and digital proof that via USPS that the letters were left with an agent of Transunion. I never received a response or proof that an investigation took place, which is grounds for removal. The procedures in case of disputed accuracy was not followed. I wrote to the CFPB to file a complaint. I typed out specifically, in great detail what occurred, and which U.S. Codes that were violated by Transunion and the companies furnishing the disputed information. NONE of my matters were addressed. A representative from the CFPB responded to me in writing stating the following : " Below includes the results of that investigation. XXXX XXXX; XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX AS REPORTED ; XXXX XXXX; XXXX XXXX XXXX '' Why did no one address any of the violations? Why did no one address my right to privacy being violated? Why did no one address that I never opted into reporting ; no consent = identity theft! IWhy did no one address the fact that I requested original contracts and disclosure forms ( which are to be " clear and conspicuous ), and never received them! How am I to believe anything that is being reported? How do I know the accuracy of the amounts are correct. etc? I can keep going. Nonetheless, I sat and waited 60 days for that extremely LAZY response above from the CFPB. YOU, the CFPB is the supervising authority over the CRA 's, yet, you are not enforcing any laws! I also stated that I do not consent to XXXX and I am 100 % sure that was used to handle my complaint. If XXXX was not used, please have Transunion provide me the name of the company they contacted, if they contacted them via mail or phone, the date and time they contacted the companies, the person they spoke with, etc, so I can follow up with these individuals.
