My Mortgage company, Selene Finance LP, says they issued an Escrow Refund in the amount of ~ {$10000.00} in XX/XX/2022. However, I only received {$5800.00}. Additionally, they are withholding {$2800.00}, as of XX/XX/2022. I am owed almost {$7000.00}. The agent on the phone told me it would be another two weeks for this to be resolved and that I should make the full payment this month and then ask for another refund next month when the correct payment amount is reflected on my next statement, due XX/XX/2022. This is ridiculous, asking for money upfront that they will then turn around and refund me. This is very suspicious activity, fraudulent maybe? Such Deceptive tactics by this company to transfer you to multiple departments with no resolution and charging you extra knowing your payment should be lower and holding customers money to make interest off of customers ' earned money.
