I am in the process of buying a home. I had a complete name change legally. I updated that with all three credit bureaus. For some reason XXXX different mortgage lenders have been unable to get a credit score or report from Experian. From mid XX/XX/2022 up until today XX/XX/2022 I have spoken with XXXX different agents at experian who have assured me that my name is updated and XXXX should be no reason why the lender shouldnt be able to obtain and score/report for me under my new name. This is unacceptable, frustrating, and has help up my family being able to get a home. Its despicable that this agency has continuously given me false information and still no resolve!
