Please do not close this complaint. This dispute is unrelated to complaint XXXX. Experian and XXXX were not listed in the previous complaint. I am filing this complaint against Experian and XXXX for failing to delete and discharge an inaccurate public record account from my report. They're stating I have a bankruptcy listed from XX/XX/2017. I sent them a letter demanding copies from the court showing this public record is valid. They did not send me the documents I requested and refuse to remove the account. I am frustrated and dismayed about this erroneous item on my credit report. I also found out from Representative XXXX XXXX of the House Select Subcommittee that Experian and XXXX have been discarding disputes they know violates the fair credit laws.This public record account is inaccurate, invalidated, unverifiable and questionable. Please ensure this account is deleted and XXXX immediately.
