This is XXXX XXXX submitting this CFPB complaint to you today to inform you that I was a victim of identity theft and the Account you are reporting on my Credit File was the result of such crime. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the rights to dispute any accounts and information that resulted XXXX to identity theft and have them removed completely from my Credit File. Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 605b, I am requesting that you stop your erroneous reporting and have the account : CREDITACPT XXXX Balance : {$12000.00} ; removed from my Credit file as soon as possible. The Account I am disputing does not relate to any transactions that I have made or authorized.
