Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Congress states that TransUnion who is a Credit reporting agency has assumed a vital role and the banking system is dependent on the fair and accurate reporting of consumer 's information. I did not give TransUnion initial written consent to furnish and report my non public information in which is a result of identity theft. TranUnion has done so without Permissible Purposes from the consumer in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. TransUnion is reporting inaccurate accounts of alleged debt in a positive balance, alleged transactional history between the consumer and the creditor. I demanded these items be deleted and TransUnion failed to do so, they can not receive verification from XXXX XXXX for I am the only competent witness with firsthand knowledge and facts. My information is being reported under false pretenses with the collusion between TransUnion and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent a dispute letter and has not verified any alleged debt.
