Called Equifax on XX/XX/2022, spoke with an agent that stated he would need me to send my Id in along with paperwork.. I stated I already did and its no need too and if I could speak with the agent supervisor. The supervisor XXXX XXXX, agent id XXXX told me that they can not delete anything off my credit report and would need to dispute and investigate it! I never gave Equifax written consent in the first place 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) and that is identity theft.
