Consumer Narrative

We bank with XXXX XXXX and two of our checks were fraudulently deposited at TD Bank. Each check was for {$18000.00}. TD Bank refuses to respond to XXXX XXXX requests for reimbursement for the claims. They have actively followed up and TD Bank continues to do nothing. According to XXXX, this is very typical behavior of TD Bank, they do not return fraudulent funds despite legitimate claims. Something needs to be done to stop TD Bank from keeping fraudulent funds. This has to be against the law, right?
