This company as the financial arm in partnerships with both XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, sold us a product using a deceptive contract and false promises. They ( together ) approved a significantly large loan in relationship to our debt-to-income ratio. Dividend Financial is an affiliate of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After the sale, the product ( solar panels ) does not meet the expectations as agreed upon during the sales meeting. The solar company 's person facilitated the loan with XXXX. They used electronic paperwork so finding the small details related to the loan was impossible. For example, I can not stop payments from being withdrawn from my account. They said they finance the equipment, not the solar power, the system is the collateral. Offered XXXX deferment but with interest accruing. They didn't mention that when they say they are trying to " help '' Taking advantage of middle-income XXXX veteran and retired XXXX veteran.
