On or about XX/XX/XXXX I checked my XXXX XXXX credit monitoring and found XXXX XXXX is frivolously reporting innacurate info on my credit report with TransUnion saying I have a charge off/ delinquent account when I settled this account in civil litigation in XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXy XXXX filed a XXXX satisfaction of judgement '' on this and told me it would not be on my credit report as part of the settlement! This is frivolous on XXXX XXXX part for reporting innacurate info and hurting my credit on a settled acct I may seek legal damages via lawsuit for my time spent and labor of my own investigation and calls made I'll never get back!
