I requested CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES , LLC ( `` CPS '' ) to send validation of this alleged debt months ago. I have not received an original contract with my wet signature binding me to this alleged debt. I have never did business with this company, and they are in violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) because they are reporting a collection on my consumer report I never gave them written instructions to furnish anything on my report. We have no dealings at all with them, they have my non-public personal information that I never disclosed to them, that's identity theft. I am requesting proof of current ownership, the forward flow agreement, the aggregated value of purchase of this alleged debt between the original owner and the current owner. They stated that this alleged debt is with a law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am requesting proof of representation from this law firm just to see if they are really representing cavalry and don't have interest. I demanding all the above to be notarized before I am in receipt of what I requested. While we are disputing this needs to be removed from my report immediately. I am requesting this company to cease & desist, that means all mediums directly and indirectly.
