Ive tried to pay off a loan with Credit Acceptance Corporation and these people at their company keep giving me different amounts needed to pay off my loan. I spoke to XXXX at Credit Acceptance today and asked him why their company told me I owed XXXX which I paid yesterday online and now I go to their website and not only are they stating I owe XXXX but its also showing a balance of XXXX. So XXXX is stating that I only owe XXXX to pay the entire balance in the loan but thats not what the system stated yesterday. So not only are they giving me different amount every day that Im paying them Im getting charged transaction fees because they are not giving me correct amounts to pay off this loan. This company needs serious auditing because what they are doing is scamming consumer!!!
