I received a response to my previous complaint that the accounts listed on that complaint came back verified. I am curious as to how you verified this information and would like to receive physical documentation to support this erroneous information on my report. FCRA states that information reporting has to be 100 % verifiable and 100 % accurate otherwise the information must be removed under federal law. You have been reporting unverifiable and inaccurate information on my credit report which has damaged my credit. I intend to litigate if this information is not deleted from my report. Please do not update or verify this information again without doing a due diligence investigation. I am requesting to be provided with the written contracts and physical documentation to support the information that is being reported on my credit report via mail. Screenshots and statements will not suffice. Please send my actual signature on a contract as these accounts are not mine. I am in the process of planning a legal case, so I need specific answers to what was asked of you in this complaint.
