I have disputed an inaccurate 90 day late on my credit report. I provided XXXX monthsXXXX XXXX months prior to disputed date and XXXX months after, worth of bank statements that all show the AUTOPAY, XXXX payment was made on time every time yet they creditor, Office of attorney general, continues to validate the non payment even tho I have proof otherwise. The credit bureau will not provide me with documents creditor used to uphold the dispute as I believe they are required by federal law to do. And why does this third party take the word of creditor over visual evidence to the contrary??
