I would like to complain about the misleading information in my credit report and I was totally surprised when I saw MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIAL that has a balance of {$39000.00} opened on XXXX XXXX that is reported on my credit file. I don't have an idea why I got this account on my credit file since I'm not the one who open this account and this is not belong to me. NOT MINE! I already filed a dispute to each credit bureaus and filed an FTC affidavit please see attached.
