I am a 100 % XXXX veteran. My total college debt was dismissed in early XXXX as a result of my XXXX. The debt in question, was on my reports 2 years ago, because XXXX XXXX sold the debt to another collection agency who attempted to collect on the debt, but were unsuccessful because it was determined the debt was 7 plus yeas old. As a result, it was removed by all three credit bureaus. The debt is a Stafford loan debt. Stafford Federal Student Loans stopped offering student loans since XXXX. XXXX XXXX as well as Reliant Capital Solutions have both changed the dates on the debts and were able to put it on my credit report. I graduated from XXXX XXXX in XXXX ( I can forward a copy of my degree ). I also have a copy of the original Stafford loans ' promissory note, dated XXXX. I had graduated by then. Again, thr dates were altered to enable them to sell it to a collection agency. I can provide supporting documents upon request.
