I have been disputing this account for months, late payments are illegal, I have been stressing this factual law with Nelnet. They have been in violation. In exhibit " A '' Nelnet have been sending this response to me when I am the natural person. I was clear with what I wanted. In exhibit " B '', I disputed this account and Nelnet keep responding with Exhibit " A. I am tired of the run around and the back and forth and the violation of my federal rights. I filed a case with the Attorney General of New York State. Nelnet also violated my right to privacy as pursuant to 15 USC 6802.
