XXXX credit monitoring alerted me that there was a hard pull on my credit report via Transunion. I set up an account with Transunion hoping to dispute it but unfortunately you can not dispute an inquiry online. It suggest that you call that business, well guess what, that phone number is not valid. The hard inquiry was done on XX/XX/22 by XXXX XXXX via XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX phone XXXX individual inquiry type and the permissible purpose is credit transaction. I called the phone number multiple times and it just hangs up on you. I alerted Transunion about this and they haven't done anything about it and it's still on my credit report. This is fraud written all over it. Please help.
