Nelnet has violated my federally protected rights under the FDCPA and FTC Rule CFR 433. My student Loan was Transferred to XXXX XXXX then Nelnet without my permission or awareness violating XXXX. For both companies. Nelnet failed to provide documentation showing they are the Holder in Due Course which means they have no legal rights to collect. I was never obligated to pay you a third party debt collector for this alleged pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692a-3. You have used abusive. deceptive, misleading means to collect on an alleged debt violating 15 USC 1692e. Check attachment for more instructions.
