This Account is not mine and never has been mine at no point in time. I called Spring Oaks Capital , LLC and have gotten nowhere. I'm XXXX and I'm being taken advantage of. I even asked for a contract or signature that they cant provide and I know that that's in violation my rights. Can You Please Help?
