To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to make you aware that I have been a victim of identity theft and am not responsible for the following accounts ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am demanding deletion of these items from my credit report. I have already reported the theft of my identity to both the Police and Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies of the Police Report and Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft Affidavit for this case. Section 605B states that if A account is the result of identity theft, then it must be removed from my credit report.
