I stopped automatic deductions from my checking account in XXXX because XXXX XXXX were constantly paying people I didn't owe and overdrafts my account.I went into the bank and paid a cash interest payment in XXXX XXXX .At the end of XXXX about the XXXX, I received a letter saying I was late with the payment. I went into the bank with my receipt to show I wasn't late. I thought the mater was taken care of, it wasn't. I received another letter in XXXX for payment for XXXX along with a letter saying my line of credit was suspended. I called costumer service and let them know it was paid they told me to email them a copy of the receipt, I did that. At the end of XXXX I received letters of my interest rate went from 1.99 percent to 6.percent and they wanted XXXX for XXXX payment and the account will be placed in collections and paperwork on mortgage foreclosure. It all came in the mailbox on the same day. I went in the bank and talked to the manager we called customer service and got the run around of our life. They told use to write a email we did then they sent a response that that was the wrong department so we sent it to a different department with a list of issues that had been plaguing my account to include missing money of over XXXX dollars or more. At this time we are not hearing any answers from anyone but the demands for payment and foreclosure threats are still coming. I am out of work now for an injury on the job and I don't have XXXX for XXXX payment. They are ignoring the bank manager and running over me like a freight train and they are moving so fast that I do t have a chance of saving my house although my payments are up to date .I was robbed of a lot of money from this account and the representatives lied and said there was an investigation going on and it wasn't. Please help me if you can. I have already paid over XXXX dollars in principle back to the Mortgage company and had goal of complete payback in 15 no more than 20 years, but so much bad things are happening with my XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts I get frustrated with the fact that I am getting no results when I see the bank representatives or call customer service and tell them I am not spending this money. .Not only that but the representatives and managers keep moving to different places/banks then I have to start the complaint all over again .The payment amount suddenly jumped higher on the late payment reminder notice by over XXXX dollars but when I showed the representative my receipt proof of payment she said the letter was in error. I really need your help please.I am the only one losing big Thank you.
