My car was repossessed XX/XX/22 - nobody reached out to collect debt. My payment date was not until today ( XX/XX/22 ) they did not allow me to the full day to make the payment. My car was taken, and they did not alert the police, so I thought my car was stolen all morning until I decided to call them. I know the company has been flagged before ( XXXX XXXX AND XXXX ) for fraud. I have reached out to my car dealership via mail about my contract as well no answer. I did speak with someone over the phone about filing a dispute for wrongful repo and told them I would be filing a complaint for my car being illegally seized and my information being given to a 3rd party without my permission ( towing company ). When the supervisor ( XXXX XXXX ) called me back, she said she would not dispute it because they haven't done anything wrong. No information was given on where to get my car from either they only gave me information to get my personal items. A neighbor told me later on in the day that my car was snatched open earlier in the morning and drug down the street, so I also have concerned about the state my car is in as well.
