Please delete the name " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' and the addresses " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH, XXXX '' and " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX '' in order to prevent identity theft and further damage to my credit report and financial reputation as this is adverse action. Also. I have never been late on the XXXX XXXX account ( # XXXX ) Please update this account to paid as agreed. The account XXXX XXXX is a charged off account. The company filed a 1099C cancelation of debt with the IRS which means the account is gross income and not debt. INCOME IS NOT INCLUDED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. The account XXXX XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ) is inaccurate. I was never late on this account. Please update to paid as agreed. The account XXXX XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ) was included in a bankruptcy that I filed. It should not be present on my credit report. Please delete this account from my consumer report immediately. The account XXXX XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ) is incorrect. There are many missing reporting dates in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. This is not up to date with XXXX XXXX standards for accurate reporting. I was never late with this account in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX. Please update this account to paid as agreed. Lastly, the inquiries Resident Verify, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Ally Financial are fraudulent inquiries and need to be removed immediately. I am aware that my consumer report must be accurate and your failure to properly report my information is a criminal offense. It is extortion to know that there is no money in circulation due to the Emergency Banking Act and 18 USC 8 that states all debts are obligations of the United States and still report these accounts to my credit report.
