For the past XXXX years I have been disputing this bankruptcy on my credit report. I was a victim of fraud and have requested investigations. XXXX, Transunion and XXXX did there investigation. When i asked for a reinvestigation, only XXXX actually reinvestigated. XXXX did reinvestigation and removed the bankruptcy. Transuion and XXXX both have not reinvestigated. They show an old date of investigating but has not actuallly reinvestigated after me providing proof that XXXX removed the incorrect information from my account. All information is supposed to be 100 % true before reporting on my credit report. I also wrote to the court house and was given a letter stating that the court house does not report to credit reporting agencies and i sent the letter to all credit reporting agencies. Even after reporting fraud and requesting a reinvestigation, XXXX and Transunion are still showing an old investigation date on my credit report, after knowing fraud has happened to me. I have kept records of you not actually reinvestigating. Ive provided proof of fraud, proof that XXXX has removed the bankruptcy because they actually reinvestigated. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
