Upon telling Wells Fargo phone representative on XX/XX/22 that i have reason to believe someone knows my XXXX Savings account number XXXX the representative assured me any future withdrawal from this now closed account XXXX would be refused and only deposits will be allowed on closed savings account XXXX for 90 days. Immediately after this phone call, I received a letter in my message inbox on wells fargo website stating the *opposite* of what the rep told me. the letter states : " Direct deposits to or automatic withdrawals from your closed account will continue for 90 days. '' This is *not* what I instructed. I instructed this closed account XXXX to be FROZEN, Account XXXX shall have *no* withdrawals, not now, not for 90 days. XXXX withdrawals from account XXXX shall be rejected
