I have been disputing 2 accounts that are falsely reporting on my credit reports for a year now ; I have never received the proper, legal verification that these debts are owed or that the account was late. XXXX XXXX XXXX is claiming that I have a charge-off but this was paid long ago but they're still reporting this! This should've been removed because it's obsolete and I'm no longer financially responsible for it! Then, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is showing a late payment but has never provided proof of the actual late payment ( statement, when they received my payment and when it was posted, etc. ).
