Transition intentionally lied and sent me a letter in the mail saying they do not have a report for me when I called and indeed have a report and got a report number from the agent on the phone. I have attached they letter they sent me in the mail. They continue to cause me harm and suffering by reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report this information should have been deleted promptly, they are intentionally stalling and taking away my right to privacy and causing serious harm and injury to me. Do what is right and lawful by blocking and removing this information from my report. According to 1681c-2 ( e ) this information should be deleted and block within 4 business days upon receipt of the consumers, proof of identity, identity theft report, a statement from the consumer and the identifying information to be reported.
