I XXXX XXXX, Consumer and natural person am a victim of identity theft. XXXX, equifax and XXXX has used and furnished my consumer report without my authorization, consent or written instruction. They have neglected my rights as a consumer by allowing companies to to share my non public personal information without my consent, as well as using that information to furnish a fraudulent consumer report on my behalf. Congress makes it clear that as a consumer i have a RIGHT TO PRIVACY. These credit reporting agencies also known as financial institutions have violated my federally protected rights as a consumer with right to privacy by failing to meet the needs of congress by ensuring that they exercise there grave responsibility with respect to the confidentiality of my personal non public information. The FCRA was intended to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility with fairness, impartiality, and respect to the consumer rights to privacy. These agencies are in direct violation of the FCRA and Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999.
