On XX/XX/2022, I contact XXXX Customer Care Center via phone call to discuss a problem I was having with my daughter 's XXXX music account. I was ask a series of questions in order to verify my account, Per The Customer Service Rep. I complied not thinking I was giving my information to someone other than XXXX Care Center. After a few questions I became a bit suspicious of the types of questions I was being ask. At this time I began to shut down our conversation because I became more suspicious, but too late. They had already distracted my information. I immediately contact Wells Fargo Bank only to learn that monies have already been removed from my bank account in the total amount of {$1200.00}. At no time nor was it ever my intentions to charge {$1200.00}. At no time until it was too late that I knew I was talking to a scam person. Wells Fargo denied my claim because as they stated I gave and authorized this charge. NOT TRUE. I was conned out of my information and Never was it my intentions to purchase anything or have any money remove from my account. It was my intentions only to solve the problem with my daughter 's XXXX play account. I never Authorized The Removal Of The Money that Wells Fargo Bank claims I did.
