Hello, I have purchased queen Mattress from XXXX XXXX and used Affirm ( my complaint is against ) to finance this purchase. I am disputing the resolution that affirm put on my XXXX credit report that my account is delinquent. I have purchased this in XX/XX/XXXX and it comes with XXXX nights warranty. We didn't like the product after using it for 30 days and were trying to return it to XXXX XXXX. Upon trying to return this, we found that XXXX XXXX is no longer in business from XX/XX/XXXX. We communicated this to affirm via phone in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and we received the confirmation email ( attached ) from them saying they can't do anything as XXXX XXXX is out of business. I requested affirm to contact XXXX XXXX on behalf of me and they said they can't find anyone to talk to. I only felt confident to purchase this mattress with XXXX XXXX as they partnered with Affirm, who I felt were a reputed company and provided me lot of confidence. Now I am struck with a mattress that I don't need and is providing bad back problems for me and wife. I am reaching out via CBFP to seek justice for me on this matter.
