I purchased a Used transmission for XXXX from a junkyard on XX/XX/2022 with a 30 day warranty. Once transmission was received, the transmission was broken. After trying to resolve the issue with the XXXX ( XXXX 's auto recycling ), they claimed that they did not break the transmission and declined the return even though i provided them with pictures and proof instantly after receiving the transmission. Capital one advised me to get a XXXX opinion from a 2nd merchant and to return the item. The 2nd merchant concluded upon investigation that transmission was broken due to a car accident before shipment, i also returned the transmission with a tracking number. Despite doing everything capital one advised me to do, they declined the dispute. I have been using my capital one credit card for 6 years, spending over XXXX per week on it, only to be robbed from my money as a thank you. Capital one is terrible, and i advise everyone to stay away from visa and use a safer company like XXXX XXXX
