This company is showing information on my credit report that is inaccurate. It is ruining my livelihood and impairing me from obtaining credit and a place to live. This inaccuracy is causing a great deal of stress in my life and ruining my reputation. They have a grave responsibility of making sure that they are reporting accurate and validated information according to 15 US Code 1681. They are to report with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers to privacy. It is the purpose that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of consumer law. According to the IRS, which is on their website XXXX as of 2021 Even if you didnt receive a Form 1099-C you must cancel debt as gross income on your tax return.
