I made an agreement with FORTIVA so they can provide security service at the house. They told me that monthly payment would be {$15.00} for 2 years, this was on 2019 but they have been charging {$49.00} every month since then and the charge is coming from XXXX not from FORTIVA. They never sent me the contract so I called them and I tried to cancel the service but FORTIVA is asking for {$390.00} so they can continue and the second company XXXX is asking for {$880.00}. This is an abuse because they never mentioned that there were 2 companies involve and they said that they only charge would be {$15.00}. Can you please let us know if there is something that we can do? they are not whiling to help and they are just asking for us to pay. Than you in advance.
