On XX/XX/2022 I called my student loan service provider, Edfinancial Services, to initiate a student loan refund for the amount of {$15000.00}. The amount requested was the amount I have paid since the beginning of the Student Loan Forgiveness timeframe. I requested a refund and a reinstatement of {$15000.00} to my loan balance. They initiated the refund request and said it would take 4-6 weeks for the loan balance to be reinstated and the refund request to go through.
