Comenity Bank has not reported to the credit agencies since XXXX. I have recently payed off all my debts, including this one, but them not updating my current balance is effecting my credit score, and I will be applying for mortgages soon. I need them to report my XXXX XXXX balance correctly so that the utilization for my BJ 's Perks Mastercard is reflected correctly. It should change significantly from above 90 % to less than 12 % utilization. My statement closing date was XX/XX/2022 and like I said before, they have not reported my credit account with them since XXXX. I have tried reaching out multiple times and spent hours on hold, I can never reach anybody.
