Oliphant Financial of XXXX, GA has been trying to collect a so called debt. In XXXX of XXXX I was sent a letter of this debt. I requested a debt validation letter. I then sent a letter disputing their findings. I never heard back from them. In XXXX of XXXX I then received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX of Ohio. A debt collector hired by Oliphant Financial. Again I ask for a debt validation letter. I then also disputed their findings. I never heard back from them. Now in XXXX of XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX a debt collector from XXXX Ohio also hired by Oplihant financial. I now going through the same thing again. This is clear to me that this is now XXXX and XXXX. They dropped it twice do to lack of evidence. Also these so called debts are passed the statue of limitations In Indiana.
