I have had an account with PayPal for several years and have not had previous problems. I contacted PayPal regarding charges on my account for items that were not ordered by me or anyone in my household. Corrections were made for all but one charge. The charge that was not adjusted involved a purchase from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$200.00} dated XX/XX/2022. The {$200.00} was withdrawn from my bank account by PayPal on XXXX XXXX I received a statement from PayPal stating that after review they found that this WAS NOT an UNAUTHORIZED transaction. I also contacted XXXX XXXX on XXXX was subsequently informed that they are investigating At this time I have not been refunded for this unauthorized charge
