i purchased a certified XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles, XXXX miles later the engine needed a full replacement. they didn't want to honor the factory warranty which is good until XXXX they claimed the vehicle had been flooded meanwhile it was a mechanical failure. my insurance paid {$20000.00} for the new engine and i paid {$2000.00} deductible. the car never had enough miles for a service appointment. fast forward three months later with a new engine that has 2 years warranty, the car experienced the same issue now with XXXX miles more, still not needing a service appointment because it had not reached enough miles for an oil change. they claimed the same issue once again to not honor the warranty ( s ) neither the factory warranty or the new engine warranty. this time around the cost would be {$14000.00} with a {$2000.00} deductible. my insurance is stating it is a mechanical issue and not flooding, i contacted Mercedes Benz USA to have them buy back the vehicle and they refused not stating a reason why. the car has been in my ownership 7 months and has required over {$36000.00} in repairs not covered by them and the vehicle value is {$52000.00} at this rate i will end up paying for this vehicle twice because it is a LEMON
