XX/XX/XXXX I received a delinquent notice from my county treasurer 's office, indicating my second escrowed tax payment ( due in late XXXX ) has not been received from the mortgage company. The amount due is XXXX. We have not paid on time in the nearly seven years we've had the motrgage- we've paid EARLY every month. I called the mortgage company and was told it was paid. Multiple calls back and forth since and no resolution as of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, The mortgage company informed me the payment that was due in XXXX was sent to the treasurer 's office in XXXX, XXXX ( several months late ), yet nothing has been received in the county tax office. This is the second time we've had issues with Click 'n Close Mortgage ( formerly known as Mid-America ) escrow department since XXXX. Property taxes for the next year will be coming soon as will our homeowner 's renewal. I have XXXX trust of confidence in this mortgage company 's ability to fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities. XXXX the county tax office advised we are not the only person in our county who has escrow issues with this company.
