CB Indigo on 2 different occasions has posted a hard inquiry to my name and credit reports that I did not apply nor complete an application for. I have contacted them twice on XX/XX/XXXX and today, XX/XX/XXXX. They have not removed these hard inquires and are continuing to allow someone to file online applications knowing full well that this is someone trying to steal my identity. This company has done nothing to assist in removing or blocking these actions, and refused to provide me a number to their Fraud department to resolve this issue. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be fined and put out of business.
