XXXX and other credit agencies did not delete a debt reported by XXXXXXXX XXXX of appx {$2000.00} in XXXXXXXX XXXX from an original creditor identified as " XXXX. '' XXXX is a defunct business headquartered in XXXX XXXX and XXXX which sold interests in a vacation club that did not exist. My husband and I personally paid almost {$50000.00} to XXXX but in 2018 legally transferred our interest which had been sold to XXXX, but which ceased to have any value whatsoever. Every effort of XXXX to bill was disputed as was every attempt at collection by XXXX. Neither entity submitted proof that the debt was valid. I also contested with Experian, and they only verified that the debt was valid. They did so only by reviewing information from XXXX as XXXX no longer exists. The owner of XXXX is apparently in XXXX for FRAUD and it is my belief that XXXX is knowingly attempting to collect on a fraudulent debt from a fraudulent company that no longer exists.
