We received a XXXX XXXX gift card on XX/XX/XXXX as a anniversary gift from my mother in law, with {$100.00} loaded on. We did not open the gift card packaging until XX/XX/XXXX when we attempted to use it at XXXX. We were told there was only {$25.00} on it. I looked it up online and see that someone made unauthorized purchases on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$75.00} at Be Renewed Massage. We have never been to this business and don't know where it's located. I attempted to resolve this with XXXX but their process says a dispute must be started within 60 days of a transaction. They also say they won't return the money unless they recover it, even though the transactions occurred from a fully packaged card so likely had to be an " inside job ''. Please assist me in recovering my {$75.00} that was stolen from me.
