On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to XXXX, Experian XXXX XXXX asking for them to provide me proof of the validity of the XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts on my credit file. I requested the copies of the application that was filled out to open these fraudulent accounts. to this date XX/XX/XXXX I have not received the requested documents On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to your representative XXXX at XXXX and was informed that Experian XXXX not have my documents that I sent and most likely have been lost. Then, I asked to speak to a supervisor which I spoke to at XXXX pm named XXXX and she also confirmed that she can not locate the documents sent certified via XXXX with a return signature receipt proving it was delivered and signed for. This is very unacceptable that Experian lost my documents and my personal identifying information which can result in additional identity theft causing more hardship with my affairs. I have attached the proof that the mail was received and signed for by Experian 's staff. Also, I am attaching my follow up letter to the company sent XX/XX/XXXX
