Letter received by Gurstel Law Firm XX/XX/2022 indicating a debt owed. I do not have any relationship or contract with Gurstel Law Firm. On XX/XX/2022 a USPS tracking XXXX a letter was sent requesting the following : 1. The amount you claim the Principal owes on said account ; and 2. An explanation showing me how Gurstel Law Firm computed the amount ; and 3. The identity of the original creditor ; and 4. Confirmation that the account has not exceeded the statute of limitation ( SOL ) period ; and 5. Evidence that you are a licensed debt collector in the STATE OF Arizona ; and 6. Evidence of your license numbers and your registered agent ; and 7. Certified Final Forensic Internal Audit of said account 8. Tax Registration Certificate. 9. A rebuttal 10. A wet ink signature I gave them 10 days to respond, but it took them 20 days and the response did not include anything stated above. They decided to send a letter, but no documentation of any contract between the parties. This is harassment as 1. there is no debt owed between XXXX and GURSTEL LAW FIRM 2. GURSTEL has not been able to prove that a contract exists between the parties. 3. GURSTEL continues to send large packets of paper that has no evidence of relationship between the parties. According to 15 USC 1692 C - A debt collector can not contact me without my consent. I gave no consent for this company to contact me in the first place, but they have continued to contact me without basis. 15 USC 1692b- they have stated they are in the business of collecting a debt. I have no context for this relationship or debt with this company. 15 1692d ( 2 ) Inappropriate language - sending me a letter indicating " debt '' has been troubling. I have tried to resolve this, however they have not responded appropriately. 15 USC 1681n - GURSTEL is in willful non compliance by continuing to ignore the consumer request to verify the account and validate the debt.
