As a pay-back for complaining about an issue to make online payments for an amount different than the full balance or remaining statement balance, XXXX has removed from the 3 credit bureaus ALL INFORMATION related to my account including credit limit, credit balance, payment history ( always paid on time ), status, etc. As a result of this action, my credit score dropped this month OVER XXXX points. When I received alerts about score changed I reviewed all 3 credit reports and couldnt identify a real issue. I called XXXX to discuss the matter and they simply deflected the issue. Their website, under credit journey shows that the account is under dispute. Interesting enough I have never taken such action. This is just another way how monster companies like XXXX, abuse regular citizens and harm their lives!
