Utility company improperly wrote off balance. Write off was reversed, with all bureaus receiving notice from utility company on XX/XX/2022. To date, bureaus have not removed the writeoff and despite calls, can not confirm if they have the reversal or note. Its been over 60 days and no one seems to care about correcting this. I am being financially harmed and demand they reverse the write off as the utility company requested.
