XXXX XXXX, ( Debt Collection Agency ), has been constantly harassing me with numerous calls at various hours of the day/night while not only when Im at home, but even at work where I told them not to call during my work hours! My credit account with XXXX XXXX, ( Debt Collection Agency ), was disputed with all 3 credit bureaus. After XXXX investigation into the account they deleted their debt collection from my credit account ; however XXXX & Experian both claim I had disagreed a Correct debt with XXXX XXXX and refuse to take the collection off my report even when it was proven to be deleted by XXXX investigators/investigation claim/dispute! Through just the week of XXXX XXXX XXXX has contacted me a number of +9-10 times throughout the week under their number of ( XXXX ) XXXX from XXXX XXXX, SD as well as calling during my work hours when I specifically told their company not to do so. This is in clear violation of the harassment code of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I would like their collection removed from my account like XXXX team has wonderfully done and want the harassment by their company to end!
