I have contacted XXXX multiple times to verify three accounts and they have not sent me supporting information on these accounts that have been bringing down my credit score. I have asked and written multiple times over the last 4 months to submit the verifiable information and I receive " updates '' and " remains '' on credit report. They have not sent in supporting information and continue to report past due amounts monthly on accounts that are past due and closed. This is a violation and they will not submit any information after months of requesting. I made the first request in XXXX and subsequently months after. I have called, written physical mail, emailed and disputed online. I have asked to delete these accounts and they remain on my report. It is hurting my credit and they can not tell me where these accounts came from in the first place. Dates are inaccurate, accounts are fraudulent and it continues to be updated monthly as " past due '' on a collection account.
