I'm victim of identity Theft, I have filed report with FTC as well as a Police Report in my community, I have sent to Equifax disputing letters like 4 times, they still denied removing one of accounts that been opened by fraud. ONLY EQUIFAX has reported this account and keep saying to me like this account has been verified. HOW?? If two other Credit Bureaus removed this account and Equifax has been verified. From my last letter that I mailed to them in XX/XX/XXXX they didn't even responded. All my mails been sent with certified mail and return receipt. I can have all proof of violation my rights. It is my sworn statement that, I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the United States, if executed outside of the United States ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am qualified and authorized to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and a willful misstatement of omissions of material facts constitutes a federal criminal violation punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. 1621. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of account bellow has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. Account name : XXXX XXXX 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 US.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C. 1681 c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crime which antedates the record by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person known or reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, this account do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that this in inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect account. I'm willing to explode all my rights and send all information to Attorney General.
